Ailly ("the app") is provided by Dreamwake LLC. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

What Ailly provides

Ailly offers AI-generated guidance, learning content, plans, and reports for personal, business, and enterprise use. AI output is a fast first draft, not professional advice — it is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Always verify important output and consult a qualified professional where it matters.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data.

Subscriptions & purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, billed through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your device's Settings. Enterprise programs are invoiced directly under a separate agreement. Where offered, money-back guarantees are described at the point of purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload the service, no scraping or reselling of content, and no submitting content you don't have the right to share.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content belong to Dreamwake LLC. Content generated for you (plans, documents, reports) is yours to use for your own personal or business purposes.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamwake LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
